In Perennia’s microbiology lab, food ingredients and products can be enumerated for levels of spoilage microorganisms to determine shelf stability and safety. ¬†Effectiveness of food production hygiene programs can also be determined by examining processing facility environmental samples. ¬†We use AOAC and Health Canada approved methods.
