The Centre has approximately 13,000 square feet of flexible space is currently being used by tenants – with some space still available for lease. Some space is food-grade ready (shown in the first photo below) while other space is a clean slate which can be custom designed to meet the needs of a client’s operations. The goal is provide start-up companies with access to our labs and expertise with the intention of them out growing the space as their business grows!
