Perennia Innovation Centre offers analytical services (microbial and chemical) to the agri-food and ag-bio industries. In this lab, nutritional analyses are done for protein, fat, fibre and ash. Technicians can also conduct shelf life studies, and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as method development and/or assistance for specific compounds unique to your business needs.
