In Perennia’s microbiology lab, food ingredients and products can be enumerated for levels of spoilage microorganisms to determine shelf stability and safety. Effectiveness of food production hygiene programs can also be determined by examining processing facility environmental samples. We use AOAC and Health Canada approved methods.
